Experts estimate that upwards of ninety percent of disease is stress related. And perhaps nothing ages us faster, internally and externally, than high stress. While eliminating anxiety and pressure altogether in this fast-paced world may be idealistic, massage can, without a doubt, help manage stress. Furthermore, clients often report a sense of perspective and clarity after receiving a massage. The emotional balance bodywork provides can often be just as vital and valuable as the more tangible physical benefits. Book an appointment to experience the benefits of Wellness by Alex.

"I have great trust in Alex. Over the past few years, I have been in a lot of P/T and rehab. One session with him demonstrated to me how valuable his style of orthopedic massage really is. I will work with him extensively in the future."
"The massage that Alex gave me was easily the best massage I have ever had. He addressed every problem area and gave me pointed suggestions of exercises to try and ways to alleviate my neck and shoulder pain. I will definitely be visiting again."
